plane mirror

  1. GLANCING ANGLE : The angle between incident ray and the reflecting surface is called GLANCING ANGLE (g).

5.GRAZING INCIDENCE : If a ray incident on a reflecting surface with almost 90 of angle of incidence then this is named

types of mirrors

1.Any physical object be itself  illuminated or illuminated by light from other sources, sends diverging rays from it. But if the physical object is self illuminated then it produces the diverging rays and if is illuminated by light from other sources then it reflects the incident light rays on it as diverging rays.

2.If any physical object is infinite distance apart then diverging rays coming from it seems to be PARALLEL.
